Description
Participants will receive pre-reading assignments to prepare them for the event. Beginning with a thorough self-assessment, participants craft a personalized goal structured templates and expert guidance. Through partner work, small group feedback, and individualized coaching, riders refine their goals while identifying potential obstacles and necessary resources. The workshop combines focused individual reflection with collaborative learning, providing riders with not only a polished, tangible goal document with practical implementation strategies and follow up support. The Dressage Goals Workshop is not a pre-requisite. This event is a “roll up your sleeves” activity, is more in depth and participants leave with clearly defined objectives that bridge their current abilities with their dressage aspirations, empowering them to make measurable progress immediately upon returning to the barn.
